Booking Policy & Client Agreement:
To secure your exclusive slot at our clinic pop-up, all clients are required to schedule an appointment with a consultation fee at the time of booking.
•New Clients: $35 | 15,000 cfa
•Returning Clients (Glow Family): $25 | 10,000 cfa
This fee is non-refundable and ensures your reservation, allowing our team to thoughtfully prepare a personalised experience tailored to your skin needs.
Your Appointment Experience:
To deliver the highest standard of care and results, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
•Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for documentation, pre-treatment imaging, and bespoke preparation ahead of your session.
•Kindly attend your appointment with no makeup on areas of concern to enable a precise and thorough skin analysis.
•Each consultation is strictly reserved for one client, ensuring dedicated attention and care.
Rescheduling & Flexibility
•Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
•In the event of unforeseen circumstances, your consultation may be seamlessly converted to a virtual session.
•Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Group Bookings :
Clients booking for multiple individuals whether for themselves, friends, or family will enjoy exclusive discounts on additional reservations.
Pop-Up Attendance Policy:
Kindly note that walk-in appointments are not guaranteed due to our carefully curated schedule.
We highly recommend securing your booking in advance to ensure a seamless and unhurried experience.
