Booking Policy and Agreement
To reserve a Slot for our west africa pop up, we require a deposit payment of 19,800CFA made during the time of reserving this appointment . this is to schedule an appointment,this is for new client . for follow up client , who are already part of the glow family and have visited our previous pop up are to pay 12,250CFA .
This consultation fee is non-refundable and helps us plan well for your session with us.
Before proceeding to make payment, kindly read through the following important information regarding your appointment with us.
To ensure the best experience and optimal use of your appointment time, please note the following:
- To ensure a smooth and timely experience, clients are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. This early arrival allows sufficient time to complete all necessary documentation, take pre-treatment photographs, and carry out any required preparatory steps before the session begins. Your punctuality helps us maintain the quality and flow of our services for all clients.
- You are advised to come in wearing no makeup products on areas of concern as our practitioners would conduct a thorough analysis & assessment of these areas.
- We operate a no refund policy for this booking. but your consultation can be done virtually if you unable to appear at the pop up location due to unforeseen circumstances
- Appointments can only be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance.This allows us to offer your slot to another client and manage our schedule efficiently.
- The consultation fee covers one client only.However, clients who book multiple appointments—whether for themselves, family, or friends—will receive a ₵50 discount on each additional booking.
